How To Make A Donation To A Registered Charity
Your contribution will support a family or a child suffered from Beslan tragedy.

What is it?

You donate directly to a chariable organization sponsoring the Hope for Beslan project. We will choose a family or a child in need and will direct your money to them.

Why should I donate?

Although people all over the world had donated sizable amounts of money to Beslan this money does not always reach the intended recipients at this time. The reasons for this are unclear. Many of the charities funds are claiming that distribution is not possible until all victims are accounted for – as many victims are now being identified by DNA, this could take some time.

We understand that, if the distribution is being hampered to ensure the validity of the claims, this must be done. However, the victims need both financial and emotional support now, more than ever. We make contact with every family we help, and ensure that money are reaching the people in need.

You will be redirected to the PayPal website which will process your payment on behalf of Russian Family and Children Club of Toronto. If you do not have an account with PayPal you will be asked to create one.

I don't want to pay through a web site. Is there another way to donate?

Yes. You can send a cheque with your contribution. Make your cheque payable to Russian Family and Children Club of Toronto with memo “Hope for Beslan”. Send your cheque to:

Will I receive a tax receipt for my donation?

Yes. If you donate directly through our web site or by sending us a cheque, we will contact you to get your mailing address to send you a receipt for your income tax purposes.

Will I receive a feedback about how my money are spent?

We will try our best to keep you updated about where your donation is directed. However, we may not be able to provide you extensive details about families, as your donation may support more than one family or child.

I would like to be more involved in helping Beslan. Is there a way to help specific child?

Yes. You can sponsor a child or a family. This way, you will be sending the money yourself directly to the family of your choice and nobody else.
